Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that was previously FDA-approved (as Geref) but is currently only available as a compounded preparation in the US. Ipamorelin is a selective GHSR agonist. The combination is used in compounding to stimulate growth hormone secretion.
